How do I find my size?
All you need to do is follow our measurement guide . You will, need a measuring tape and a friend to help you measure accurately, alternatively you can visit your local tailor and get your precise measurments.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship all our items from Madinah worldwide!
Do you offer same day local delivery?
Unfortunately at the moment we are not offering this option
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Usually we process the order within 24 hours of receiving it. Shipping within gulf cooperation countries would take 2-4 business days while international shipping takes 5-9 business days.
Custom thobes and abayas have a different processing time. Please check the product page.
Why is my order is taking so long?
Don't worry, we are here to help! Please double check your tracking number, contact us via email or contact your shipping company via their local number
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may vary depending on the country. MADANEEA cannot control this. You are responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
